Exhibit Hours / Schedule:


Large Indoor Equipment:  Monday, Feb 26: 3 pm – 5 pm

Everyone Else:  Tuesday, Feb 27: 7 am – 6 pm & Wednesday, February 28: 6 am – 7:30 am


Wednesday, February 28: 7:30 am – 4 pm

Thursday, March 1: 7:30 am – 1 pm


Thursday, March 1st: 1 pm
(No booths are to be taken down until AFTER the 1 pm closing time.  No carts or forklifts are allowed on the aisle carpet. Carpet removal will begin when the exhibit hall closes at 1 pm.) 

Booth Prices:

Indoor Booth (10 x 10):
$680 / Members (per booth)
$980 / Nonmembers 
(per booth)

Outdoor Space:
$305 / Members (per piece of equipment – out front)
$455 / Nonmembers (per piece of equipment – out front)

(Outdoor space is located on the front sidewalks of the Dixie Center and is limited. There is a STRICT 10,000 lb weight limit for the front sidewalk space. However, with the purchase of an indoor booth you can park your large equipment for display in the south parking lot on the black top at no charge, but no specific area will be roped off.)


The following comes standard with each booth purchased:

  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • Garbage Can
  • Two booth attendees
  • 110 power
  • Internet
  • Aisle Carpeting (Carpet for inside your booth must be ordered separately with the Dixie Center closer to the Conference.)

Shipping Booths:

To order extras for your booth (additional tables, chairs, 220 power, booth carpeting etc.) use the Dixie Center On-line Decorating Link (which will be emailed to you prior to the Conference).

Full Booth Payment DEADLINE
October 27th is the full payment deadline.  Full payment must be received by RWAU by 5:00 p.m. on the 27th in order for you to retain your current booth selection.  At this time, those without full payment will be suspended from their spot until full booth payment is received.

February 1, 2018
Exhibit Cancellation DEADLINE Your money (minus the $100 commitment deposit) is refundable should you need to cancel for any reason until February 1.  After February 1st: No Refund
