Meals and name badges for two people per booth are included in your registration. Additional credentials can be purchased for extra booth attendees for $45 per person. You will need to sign up everyone working in your booth before the Conference begins. An email will be sent to you in January as part of your exhibit packet which will direct you to the form to submit the names of everyone who will be attending in your booth. If you already know the names of those who will be in your booth, you can submit them now using the button below.
PLEASE NOTE: Every person attending in your booth needs to be registered using the button above. They will then get a name badge in your booth packet at conference. That name badge gives you access to the Exhibit Hall and the meals. We will ALSO give everyone a lunch ticket each day for each person. (In the past your name badge was your lunch ticket. We will now give each person a name badge PLUS an individual lunch ticket. The pricing will remain the same.)
There will be one, NON-REPLACEABLE lunch ticket provided per registered person per day. At lunch time, bring this ticket to the “Plate Table” and exchange it for your lunch plate. (The Awards Banquet is not included in the booth price, and must be purchased separately if you wish to attend.)
